Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to join a dynamic team in Nevada. This role involves significant data entry and interaction with customer portals, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through data entry, phone calls, and email responses.
- Transfer calls and enter orders into the system efficiently.
- Work within customer portals to facilitate smooth operations.
- Create pick tickets for the warehouse and manage a high volume of data entry.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective information exchange.
- Work with tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and EDI systems.
- Utilize Slack for internal communications and team collaboration.
- Demonstrate an easy-going nature while being self-driven and proactive in the role.
- Adhere to all company standards and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with EDI systems is beneficial.
- A background check is required for this position.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details
The pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour.
