Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to join a dynamic team in Nevada. This role involves significant data entry and interaction with customer portals, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through data entry, phone calls, and email responses.
• Transfer calls and enter orders into the system efficiently.
• Work within customer portals to facilitate smooth operations.
• Create pick tickets for the warehouse and manage a high volume of data entry.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency and responsiveness.
• Utilize communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective information exchange.
• Work with tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and EDI systems.
• Utilize Slack for internal communications and team collaboration.
• Demonstrate an easy-going nature while being self-driven and proactive in the role.
• Adhere to all company standards and procedures, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience with EDI systems is beneficial.
• A background check is required for this position.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift.

Additional Details

The pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour.
